Mechanical assembly
The controller CW01R66 consists of two circuit boards- a control board with a display located on the dashboard faceplate and relay board board for connecting the control signals.
To secure the controller to the dashboard, there must be cut a rectangular opening for the screen and four little mounting holes for bolts and studs.
We recommend the installation of a plexiglass panel that protects the controller from mechanical effects and dampness.
The sizes of the components
The size of the controller is 86 х 72 mm.
The size of the plexiglass panel is 100 х 85 mm.
Dimensions for expression
On this drawing are marked the size for the opening for the screen and the mounting holes' positions.
Relay board
The relay board is 89 х 44 mm and requires 4 mounting holes ∅3 mm.
