List of all parameters

This is a list of all the groups and parameters of the controller CW01R66.

Coin mechanism

Coins - filtering noises

After noticing a change in the signal lines of the coin mechanism we wait the given time so that all lines can establish a stable state.

Coins - waiting for the end of an impulse

If one of the lines is in an active state for a period longer than the set one, monitoring of pulses from it is stopped. After the given time is up, the device stops expecting impulses from this line.

Coins - forbidden lines

Establishes the given lines in active state. This is a signal for the coin mechanism so it does not accept coins connected with these lines. Not all coiners have this function.

For each of the 16 types of coins:

Active line

It decides by which active lines the coin will be recognized with this value. The ordinary coin mechanism gives an impulse only on one of its six lines according to the way it is programmed to recognize the coins. It is also possible to give impulses simultaneously to a few lines with which it can support a bigger amount of different coins.

Minimum impulse

It determines the minimal duration of the impulse on the chosen active lines so that it can be recognized as a coin with this value. If the coin mechanism codes different coins by different durations of the impulses while using the same line, then this parameter will filter out the impulse with the desired duration.

Maximum impulse

It determines the maximal duration of the impulse on the chosen active lines so that it can be recognized as a coin with this value. If the coin mechanism codes different coins by different durations of the impulses while using the same line, then this parameter will filter out the impulse with the desired duration.

Value

The value of the recognized coin in cents. This parameter is used for informing the user what type of coin is inserted and a statistics.

Buttons and relays

Buttons - filtering the noises

After detecting a change in the button input lines, the set time is up for all lines to settle into a stable state.

Buttons - normally closed outputs

The reading of an input impulse occurs when the input is switched from an unconnected state to ground - a normally open contact. By changing this parameter, the action can be reversed - the pulse is registered when switching from a grounded input to an unconnected - normally closed contact.

Relays - normally closed outputs

In an inactive state of the machine all output relays are inactive, turned off, and with open outputs. From this parameter, their state can be reversed. And they are turned on and with closed contact when they are inactive.
(!)All parameters reporting the state of the relays, examine their state as either active or inactive and not as turned off or turned on. Only this parameter sets the connection between active/inactive and turned on/turned off state.

Relays - initial state

The positions of the relays when putting in a coin. Here can be set a mode in which the machine can immediately start working. Or for instance to be turned on additional equipment such as lights.

Delay for the switching of a relay

When switching from one mode to another, first all relays connected with the new mode are put in an inactive state. When the given time is up the new state becomes active.

Resetting the pause after the end of the pause

Sets if either the pause of the machine will last an unlimited amount of time or if after a given period of time the credit resets.

Relays - timekeeping

Determines at which relays, if they are in an active state, the charged time decreases. If none of the selected relays are active, timing stops and the remaining time indicator starts flashing.

For all of the 16 buttons:

Input lines

Defines, upon impulse, on which input lines the pushbutton with this code will be recognized. Usually, one button is connected to each input, but it is possible by diode separation that one button controls several lines and thus more buttons are connected.

Relays remaining in its state

Determines which relays to remain active if they have been activated. Everyone else will be put in an inactive state before the time starts running out for the switching of the relay. Setting a given relay as „remaining in its state“ and „turned on“ has a special purpose. It serves as a switch. With each push of the given buttons, the relay activates if it was inactive or it becomes inactive if it was active before.

Turned on relays

Determines which relays to activate after the time for switching a relay is up. Setting the given relay as „remaining in its state“ and „turned on“ has a special purpose. It serves as a switch. With each push of the given buttons, the relay activates if it was inactive or it becomes inactive if it was active before.

After time A is up

Change of the outputs with time delay. After the given time is up it changes the relays chosen for the next field.

Switching the relays (time A)

The relays that will change their state after the time is up.

After time B is up

Change of the outputs with time delay. After the given time is up it changes the relays chosen for the next field.

Switching the relays (time A)

The relays that will change their state after the time is up.

Input line for operator mode

Mode „operator“ permits the work of the machine without the usage of coins. This parameter determines to which output is connected the key for activating the mode.

Pressure relief relay

After a lack of activity, there could be activated a relay for a certain amount of time to that the pressure is relieved from the line or it can release air in order to prevent freezing.

Waiting for the relief after the last activity

The waiting for the last program before the activation of the relief relay.

Duration of the relief

The duration of the activity of the relief relay.

View - operator

Operator - background

Mode „operator“ permits the work of the machine without the necessity to put in coins. This parameter sets a type and color to the background of the screen.

For each one of the 16 rows:

Text
Size
Horizontal position
Vertical position
Color

View „operator“ permits up to 16 rows with text. Each row could have its own size, color, and position. The vertical position can be fine-tuned or by selecting a line according to the size of the text.

View - alert

Alert - background

Mode „alert“ sets the machine in a nonworking state. It stops accepting coins and they are returned by the coin mechanism. This parameter sets a type and color to the background of the screen. For each one of the 16 rows:

Text
Size
Horizontal position
Vertical position
Color

View „alert“ permits up to 16 rows with text. Each row could have its own size, color, and position. The vertical position can be fine-tuned or by selecting a line according to the size of the text.

View - Ready

Ready - background

Mode „ready“ indicates that the machine is ready for work and accepts coins. This parameter sets a type and color to the background of the screen.

For each one of the 16 rows:

Text
Size
Horizontal position
Vertical position
Color

View „ready“ permits up to 16 rows with text. Each row could have its own size, color, and position. The vertical position can be fine-tuned or by selecting a line according to the size of the text.

View - Available coins

Available coins - background

When a coin is put in it is activated view „Available coins“. This is where it is shown the stored credit and time. This parameter sets a type and color to the background of the screen.

Text

The color of the text and the value and time of the available coins.

New coins

During the work of the machine, there could be added more coins. They will be depicted in another color as an addition to the previous values.

Waiting in View coins

The time during which this view is shown. After the time is up it passes to outlook „work“. After each put of a new coin, the timer resets.

Show value
Show time

Additional opportunities to change the mode of the available coins. It can be shown whether the remaining time and value are shown or not.

View - work

Work - background

Mode „work“ Puts the machine in an active state, where can be chosen different modes. This parameter sets a type and color to the background of the screen.

Additional color 1

For background type „plain“ and „waves“ this parameter is not used. For background type „chronometer“ sets the color of the sector with the remaining time. This parameter sets the color of the upper left corner.

Additional color 2

For background type „plain“ and „waves“ this parameter is not used. For background type „chronometer“ sets the color of the sector with the remaining time. It is used a diagonal fade of the colors. This parameter sets the color of the upper left corner.

Color of the indicator of the remaining time.

Mode

Color of the text for the selected mode.

Change of the mode

Color of the line showing the switch from one mode to another.
